In order to keep this quality promise, it is necessary to contact customers with affected battery modules. For this purpose, we rely on your support and would like to kindly ask you, to provide us with customer data where you installed said batteries.” You can find out if either of these batteries are affected by checking the serial number and comparing it to the below list, any serial numbers not included in this list are not affected by the recall."
