This Autumn SolarEdge have released offers to make installing your next solar system even sweeter!
SolarEdge are offering a FREE of charge warranty extension for StorEdge-ready residential systems with
SolarEdge Meter. Any system installed between 17/9/18 and 31/12/18 will qualify for a warranty extension from 12 to 15 years. (offer excludes three phase systems, single phase with compact technology and StorEdge Inverter) Installers simply need to register the system with Energy Meter before the 31st December 18 to qualify.
Why Install an Energy Meter?
SolarEdge believes that every PV system owner should maximise self-consumption, and one of the best ways to do this is by adding battery storage. However, if homeowners are not yet ready to commit to a StorEdge system, adding a SolarEdge Energy Meter with Modbus Connection to their installation would give them the knowledge and visibility they need in order to make that decision in the future. Combining a SolarEdge smart inverter with a SolarEdge Energy Meter provides homeowners with full insight into the level of electricity produced by their solar PV systems, as well as their household consumption 24 hours a day. By understanding how much and exactly when they are generating and consuming power, homeowners can make better use of the energy produced by their solar systems. The SolarEdge energy meter also allows homeowners to add smart energy products to maximise self consumption, now or in the future.Â
